SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT – 2011-2012

Dynasty Remodeling Agrees to provide the following services to up to date paid customers. After a minimum of 2” of snowfall, we shall remove the snow from the driveway, steps, sidewalks, and any other designated walkway; agreed upon in this contract. The snow removal & salting will be carried out as soon as possible after each snowfall. In the event that it snows on Christmas or New Year’s Eve, Snow Clearing will be delayed.

“Very Heavy and Continuous Snow Storm” During a heavy and continuous snowfall, we shall remove the snow then salt on one occasion in any 24hr period only. Unless "Optional Additional Removals" are requested.

"Optional Additional Removals" - If customer calls to request. “Extra Removals” will be assessed and billed at $_____ per removal. Check and initial box to automatically opt-in to have additional removals following large or lengthy snowfalls during the 7 days of that week.

In the event of a severe storm (12” or more), we will remove the snow as quickly as possible as long as we are able to operate our vehicles. In this situation it is known that due to conditions more time is required to complete our route. Please keep this in mind.

Please ensure that there are no obstacles in the areas to have snow removed or area to be salted, as this contractor/ snow removal operator is not liable for any damages. Contractor also assumes no liability for any injury resulting from a slip and fall.

In the event that the homeowner/occupant wishes to cancel the contract for any reason during winter months a notice from the homeowner/occupant must be in letter form, signed and dated. The contract is binding, cancellation must either be mailed or dropped off at our office at the address above. The homeowner/occupant billing cycles will be every 2 weeks from the 1st of each month. Starting Nov. 1st.

AT THE END OF TWO WEEKS IF NO SNOW REMOVALS ARE MADE NO BILL WILL BE SENT.

IF A PAST DUE AMOUNT IS STILL OWED ANOTHER BILL WILL BE SENT EVEN IF NO SNOW REMOVALS
HAVE OCCURED SINCE THE LAST TWO WEEK BILLING.

SNOW REMOVALS & SALTS WILL END IF HOMEOWNER/OCCUPANT DOES NOT PAY PAST DUE AMOUNT
BY THE END OF THE FOURTH WEEK OF THE MONTH DELINQUENT.

than one hanger or tag will be present).
