Great Job at a Great Price!
"Our house sustained wind damage to one side of our roof, blowing off a good portion of the shingles. We obtained 3 estimates, one of which was Dynasty Remodeling. Out of the 3 estimates Dynasty Remodeling was the least expensive. After getting the OK from our insurance company, we contacted Ryan Wilcox directly to have the repairs completed. Ryan was a true professional, and he and his crew were there the next day! And it only took them 4 hours to complete the job. They matched the shingles exactly and when they were done you couldn't even tell there had been any damage! We will definately be contacting Dynasty Remodeling again. We have plenty of work to keep them busy! And it was very refreshing that the owner himself (Ryan Wilcox) showed up to do the work! I would recommend Dynasty Remodeling to anyone who needed ANY type of home remodeling or repair. Thanks Ryan for a GREAT job at a GREAT price."

"Dynasty Remodeling came out and remodeled my bathroom. It's a pretty big bathroom about 11x14. I wanted ceramic tile floors, a new tub and shower surround. Also had new vanity and toilet put in. They did a great job! They also stayed within my budget. The owner was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I would hire them again."

I just wanted to write and thank you for your fast and reliable service. My family and I were also unfortunate victims of the Findlay, Ohio flooding. I called your company on 8/31/07 and received a call back that same day! I have 3 small children, and needed our basement checked for "mold spores" and to get rid of that "musty damp smell". Ryan came out personally to our home and performed the estimate. They removed old wood, plaster, and insulation from my crawl space, sprayed for mold, and power washed the entire basement.
The whole process that I thought would take days, took only 6 short hours!
I just can't say enough about how nice and understanding Ryan and his staff were!
