"Just wanted to write and say you guys have a customer for life! I'll never hire another remodeling company again. You took care of everything you said you would both the interior and exterior work is top notch. My roof was leaking like crazy after the last ice and snow storm and the damage it caused on the inside of my house I don't even want to mention. But, Dynasty Remodeling came out right away, I said it was an emergency and they were here in about an hour or so. While I was scrambling to get pots and buckets...lol. They repaired the roof for the time being and later replaced it. As for the inside I can't even tell anymore where the water was coming from. Can't say enough, Dynasty Remodeling rocks!" Ellen N. Above Average - Rating " I thought we might need a new roof after these latest tornado and hail storms. So I called my insurance company and told them what damage was done. My adjuster told me to get some estimates. So I called Dynasty Remodeling and set one up. Ryan the owner was able to come out that day late in the evening and give me an estimate. After faxing the estimate to my insurance company my adjuster wanted to come out and asses the damage himself. He did so but wasn't going to pay for my roof to be replaced saying it didn't look that bad, (he didn't even get on the roof). I called Dynasty Remodeling back and talked with Ryan about what the adjuster said and gave him my adjusters information. Ryan called the adjuster and had them send out a roof engineer. Ryan met with the roof engineer to go over the damage. They didn't want to replace it even then. To make a long story short. The insurance company ended up giving me an entire roof replacement, but I know if I wouldn't have had Dynasty Remodeling (the owner Ryan) fight for me by taking the time, endless phone calls and meetings, I never would have gotten a knew roof. The new deck is FABULOUS "I had used Dynasty Remodeling before when our roof had suffered wind damage. They did such a great job I of course contacted them again when I needed my front porch remodeled into a deck. Being that the original porch was nothing more than concrete steps, a concrete pad and a delapidated "flower box", I was afraid the job would, at the very least, cost a fortune, or, at the very worst, be impossible all together. The owner, Ryan Wilcox came out personally, explained his plan, and gave me a great price, considering the amount of work that went into framing the existing porch. Great Job at a Great Price! "Our house sustained wind damage to one side of our roof, blowing off a good portion of the shingles. We obtained 3 estimates, one of which was Dynasty Remodeling. Out of the 3 estimates Dynasty Remodeling was the least expensive. After getting the OK from our insurance company, we contacted Ryan Wilcox directly to have the repairs completed. Ryan was a true professional, and he and his crew were there the next day! And it only took them 4 hours to complete the job. They matched the shingles exactly and when they were done you couldn't even tell there had been any damage! We will definately be contacting Dynasty Remodeling again. We have plenty of work to keep them busy! And it was very refreshing that the owner himself (Ryan Wilcox) showed up to do the work!
